Chinese Medicine

Chinese Medicine is a BIPOC/Trans-fronted punk band from Toronto, Canada. The band’s first EP, Die Aspora, was produced by Alexisonfire’s Wade MacNeil and recorded by Ian Romano (City & Colour, Daniel Romano, Attack in Black). Formed by members Juno Hailey (Vocals/Guitar), Andrew Pearson (Guitar), Jack-James Lemaire (Bass) & Stefan Hegerat (Drums). Blending post punk, 80s new wave, and a heavy pour of queercore, Chinese Medicine provides a sound bursting at the seams with fury and grit. They’ve built a reputation for their explosive and politically charged live shows. This has led to them opening for international bands such as Protest The Hero, Spaced, and Pink Shift.
