Order Info

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from the Twin Fang Records Webstore. Please note that your use of Twin Fang Records Webstore products constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
If you have selected Local Pickup, please see instructions.
Please reach out to store@twinfangrecords.com if your order hasn't been received within 10 days of your purchase.
Purchased items will be shipped from Toronto within 3-5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 5. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive (Canada Only). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (Canada), please notify store@twinfangrecords.com and provide your order number.
Domestic (CANADA)
All domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post without tracking. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date. Please check your order status in your account for updated information.
International Shipments
Standard delivery time for international shipping is 3-6 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, Canada Post does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
Twin Fang Records and Twin Fang Records Webstore is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. VAT Policy Update
Per the July 1, 2021 update to the VAT (value added tax), customers purchasing product to be shipped to the EU may be subject any import duties, value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify store@twinfangrecords.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
Please note: all sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.
Purchase for Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
