Breagh Isabel Unveils New Single Imposter with Official Visualizer
Breagh Isabel teamed up with Juno award winning songwriter Connor Seidel (Charlotte Cardin, Half Moon Run), and Grammy Award nominated and Juno Award winning songwriter Willa (Aysanabee, Katie Tupper) to write Imposter. The new single details the lurking feelings of imposter syndrome that weave in and out of our personal and professional lives.
And my hands are shaking
If I took my mask off
They’d see a nobody
When asked about the single, Breagh explains, “I think almost everyone can relate to having imposter syndrome at one time or another. When I first started writing and performing I remember the self doubt that came along with putting myself and my songs out into the world. The little voice in the back of your head that shows up and says, “you’re not good enough and everyone knows it,” can pop up at the worst times. With this song, we tried to play with the idea of imposter syndrome and how that shows up in day to day work, relationships etc.”
